Pharmacosmos søger en IT-studerende til vores globale IT Helpdesk i Holbæk. Stillingen er på deltid, og kræver fysisk tilstedeværelse på kontoret 2 dage om ugen kl. 8–15, men når det så er sagt, er vi fleksible i forhold til dit studie, så eksamener og travle perioder kan planlægges ind.

Hvis det er relevant for dit studie, kan vi også tilbyde et praktikforløb.

DIN NYE ROLLE Du kommer til at arbejde med mange forskellige opgaver i en global IT-funktion i en pharma-virksomhed. Du får mulighed for at bruge det, du lærer på studiet, i praksis, især inden for brugersupport, brugerstyring og onboarding/offboarding af medarbejdere.

Du refererer til Head of Global IT Helpdesk. I det daglige løser du mange af dine opgaver sammen med resten af helpdesk-teamet.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være:

  • Support til brugere, personligt, på telefon og via vores ticketsystem
  • Brugeradministration, f.eks. oprettelse, ændring og nedlukning af brugere og rettigheder
  • On- og offboarding af medarbejdere, herunder klargøring af udstyr
  • Udarbejdelse og vedligeholdelse af dokumentation og vejledninger
  • ”Housekeeping” - Sikre at mødelokaler, flex-pladser mv. er funktionelle
  • Andet forefaldende arbejde

DIT NYE TEAM IT-afdelingen består i dag af 18 personer. Heraf er 6 IT-supportere, hvor 2 sidder i USA, 1 i Canada, 1 i England og 2 i Danmark. Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med kollegerne i Danmark, men har også kontakt med teamet i de øvrige lande.

Tonen er uformel, kollegerne er dygtige og hjælpsomme, og så lægger vi stor vægt på at give brugerne den bedst mulige oplevelse, når teknikken driller.

HVAD DU BIDRAGER MED Vi forventer, at du er i gang med en IT-uddannelse, f.eks. Datamatiker, IT-teknolog eller lignende, og at du har lyst til at bruge det, du lærer på studiet, i praksis.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Er udadvendt og god til at skabe relationer, fordi det er særligt vigtigt i den daglige kontakt med brugerne, teamet og andre kolleger
  • Er serviceminded og klar til at hjælpe, hvor der er behov
  • Har interesse for IT-support, brugeradministration og Microsoft-miljøet
  • Du kan lide at dokumentere dine løsninger og dele ny viden med dine kollegaer
  • Tager ansvar for dine opgaver og følger dem til ende
  • Kommunikerer godt på dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt
  • Har mulighed for at være på kontoret i Holbæk 2 dage om ugen kl. 8–15
