As an F&B Team Leader, you will support the daily operation of the outlet while guiding the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will combine strong operational knowledge, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure consistent luxury service standards throughout every shift.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in our upcoming Virtual Recruitment Days on September 30 and October 1, 2026, meeting directly with the employer's Talent Acquisition team and Line Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage outlet.
- Lead and support the service team during daily operations, ensuring consistent luxury service standards.
- Coordinate team members and service sections to ensure efficient guest flow and seamless operations.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities, reservations, VIP guests, special requests, and operational updates.
- Monitor service quality and provide guidance and support to team members when required.
- Ensure guests receive warm, professional, attentive, and personalized service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and service concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, promotions, and service procedures.
- Coordinate closely with culinary and other operational teams to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Support the training, coaching, and development of Food & Beverage team members.
- Ensure opening, closing, mise en place, and service procedures are completed according to company standards.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the outlet.
- Support inventory control, stock management, and the responsible use of operational resources.
- Assist outlet management with daily operational requirements and contribute to achieving guest satisfaction and business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Previous experience as an F&B Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Waitress, or similar role with team responsibilities is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and luxury service standards.
- Demonstrated ability to guide, support, and motivate a service team.
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain organized and make effective operational decisions during busy service periods.
- Confident handling guest feedback and service recovery situations.
- Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
