O que esperamos de você?

  • Atuar de forma estratégica e analítica na identificação, prevenção e mitigação de fraudes, utilizando dados e inteligência.

Responsabilidades:

  • Analisar dados e identificar padrões, comportamentos suspeitos e potenciais riscos de fraude;
  • Mostrar o impacto das análises com recomendações claras de ações a serem tomadas;
  • Desenvolver, atualizar e monitorar relatórios, indicadores e dashboards relacionados à prevenção e combate a fraudes;
  • Utilizar Excel e SQL para extração, cruzamento e análise de grandes volumes de dados;
  • Atuar de forma proativa na recomendação de melhorias de processos e controles com foco em prevenção de perdas;
  • Apoiar a liderança na tomada de decisões e representar a área em fóruns internos, sendo capaz de tomar decisões na ausência do gestor;
  • Ser referência técnica e comportamental para os demais analistas, auxiliando no desenvolvimento da equipe;
  • Treinar colegas de time e disseminar conhecimento técnico e boas práticas na prevenção a fraudes;
  • Atuar como exemplo de conduta ética, reforçando os valores e a cultura organizacional;
  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com áreas internas como Compliance, Jurídico, Tecnologia, Atendimento e Regulação de Sinistros para garantir respostas rápidas e assertivas;
  • Garantir a comunicação clara e objetiva dos riscos identificados, bem como das ações preventivas propostas.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Excel intermediário (análise de dados, dashboards, uso de fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas);
  • Experiência de no mínimo 3 anos em prevenção, detecção ou investigação de fraudes em seguradoras;
  • Capacidade analítica e visão crítica para identificar oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Experiência em tomada de decisões baseadas em dados e em atuação autônoma;
  • Habilidade para atuar com senso de urgência, ética e alto grau de responsabilidade.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Formação superior completa ou cursando último período em áreas como Administração, Economia, Estatística, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento báscio em SQL (manipulação, consultas, cruzamento de bases e identificação de padrões);
  • Conhecimento de IA aplicado à tecnologia (ex: ChatGPT aplicado à SQL);
