Contact Center -tiimimme muodostuu asiakaspalvelun ja ajanvarauksen ammattilaisista, joita yhdistää halu tarjota sujuvaa, laadukasta ja aidosti välittävää palvelua jokaisessa kohtaamisessa.

Asiakasneuvojana Contact centerissä työtehtäviisi kuuluu Pihlajalinnan asiakkaiden ajanvarausten hoitaminen ja monikanavainen asiakaspalvelu (mm. puhelin ja chat). Osaathan kuunnella asiakasta tarkasti ja tarjota juuri hänen tarpeitaan vastaavaa palvelua? Asiakasneuvojan työtä tehdään itsenäisesti, mutta et kuitenkaan ole yksin – tukenasi ovat tiimisi ja esihenkilöt, jotka ovat aina valmiita auttamaan ja antamaan neuvoja.

Asiakasneuvojan työtä tehdään klo 6-22 joka päivä kahdessa vuorossa. Perehdytyksen jälkeen on mahdollista työskennellä osittain myös etänä. Nyt vahvistamme asiakasneuvojien tiimiämme Tampereella ja toimistolla työskentelemme vähintään 1/3 työajasta. Työsuhde kokoaikainen osittaisella etätyö mahdollisuudella ja sen kesto on elokuu -27 loppuun saakka.

  • Huolehdimme siitä, että saat kannustavan tiimin tuen monipuolisiin tehtäviin lääkärikeskuksissamme. Tuemme työn ja vapaa-ajan yhteensovittamista ja saatkin mahdollisuuden työaikojen joustavaan sopimiseen
  • Työnantajana ja kollegoina lupaamme kuunnella ja auttaa sinua kehittymään työssäsi. Palkkauksessa ja työehdoissa noudatamme yksityisen terveyspalvelualan työehtosopimusta sekä huomioimme työkokemuksesi ja osaamisesi yksilöllisesti

Sinulla tulee olla

  • soveltuva vähintään toisen asteen terveydenhuollon tai kaupallisen alan koulutus
  • aikaisempaa kokemusta monikanavaisesta asiakaspalvelusta ja myyntitaitoista työotetta
  • mielellään kokemusta yksityisten terveyspalveluiden toimintaympäristöstä sekä käyttämistämme järjestelmistä tai kykyä omaksua ne nopeasti, erityisesti Dynamic Health, RIS, Office 365, Genesys ja Salesforce
  • sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen suullinen ja kirjallinen taito. Ruotsin kielen osaaminen on sinulle vahva etu
  • hyvät vuorovaikutus- ja yhteistyötaidot, sekä kyky toimia muuttuvissa toimintaympäristöissä
