Palveluneuvojana työskentelet osana motivoitunutta lääkärikeskuksiemme moniammatillisia tiimejä. Asiakaspalvelussa työhösi kuuluu asiakkaiden ilmoittautumisten vastaanottamista, ajanvarausten ja asiakastietojen hallintaa, laskuttamista ja asiakkaiden ohjausta sekä opastusta palvelupisteellä. Palveluneuvojana olet Pihlajalinnan kasvot ja tuotat laadukasta asiakaspalvelua konsernin arvojen mukaisesti. Yhteistyö eri ammattilaisten ja asiakasryhmien kanssa on aloitteellisuutta vaativaa ja sen tarkoituksena on mahdollistaa lääkärikeskuksen päivittäisen toiminnan sujuvuus. Pääsetkin työssäsi mahdollistamaan lääkärikeskuksen päivittäisen toiminnan sujuvuutta.

Olisitko sinä uusi työkaverimme?

Sinulla on

  • terveydenhuollon koulutus (lähihoitaja tai sairaanhoitaja tai muu terveydenhuollon AMK tutkinto) ja Valviran rekisteröinti tai voit olla loppuvaiheen opiskelija tai lääketieteen opiskelija
  • kokemusta vastaavista asiakaspalvelutehtävistä, mielellään yksityisen terveydenhuollon alalta
  • mielellään käyttökokemusta asiakastietojärjestelmistä (esim. Dynamic Health)
  • asiakaspalveluhenkinen työskentelyote ja hyvät organisointitaidot
  • sujuva suullinen ja kirjallinen suomen kielen taito ja pärjäät työssä myös englannin kielellä
  • sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon asiakas- ja potilastyössä vaadittava tartuntalain mukainen soveltuvuus
