Ikipihlaja Setälänpihassa tarjoamme ympärivuorokautista palveluasumista ikäihmisille. Asukaslähtöisessä toiminnassamme huokuu ihmisläheisyys ja yksilöllisyyden kunnioittaminen. Lähihoitajana työnkuvaasi kuuluu kokonaisvaltaisesti asukkaiden hoitotyöhön osallistuminen ja yhteistyö lääkärin ja omaisten kanssa. Hoitajat tekevät työtä Ikipihlaja Setälänpihassa vuoden jokaisena päivänä kolmessa vuorossa. Työkavereinasi on moniammatillinen tiimi, johon kuuluu sairaanhoitajia, hoiva-avustajia, fysioterapeutti, keittiötyöntekijä ja laitoshuoltajia.

  • mielellään LOVe lääkehoitoluvat suoritettuina sekä kokemusta Hilkka-järjestelmän käytöstä
  • hyvä suullinen ja kirjallinen suomen kielen taito
  • tartuntatautilain mukainen soveltuvuus
  • esitää rikosrekisteriote ennen tehtävän vastaanottamista (laki sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon valvonnasta)
