🍀 Lähihoitajana kotihoidossa pääset luomaan asiakkaiden näköistä arkea. Työpäiväsi ovat monipuolisia ja vaihtelevia. Huolehdit asiakkaiden kokonaisvaltaisesta hoidosta heidän kotonaan voimavaralähtöisellä työotteella palvelusuunnitelman mukaisesti sekä tuet merkityksellistä ja omannäköistä arkea ja osallisuutta. Tarjoamme sinulle mielenkiintoisen ja itsenäisen liikkuvan työn Virtain ja Ruoveden kotihoidossa. Kotihoidon arjessa parasta on vaihtelevuus – tilanteet ja tarpeet muuttuvat ja oma ammattitaito kehittyy ja pysyy hyvin yllä. Meillä työskentelee moniammatillinen auttavainen ja positiivinen tiimi - sinä olisit yksi heistä. Työtä tehdään kolmessa vuorossa ja sen hoitaminen edellyttää oman auton käyttöä.

  • Osaat työskennellä vastuullisesti sekä itsenäisesti että osana tiimiä
  • Hallitset suomen kielen sujuvasti sekä suullisesti että kirjallisesti
  • Sinulla on esittää rikosrekisteriote ennen tehtävän vastaanottamista (laki sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon valvonnasta)
