  1. Kundenberatung
  • Verantwortliche und ganzheitliche Betreuung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden im Sinne einer bestmöglichen vom Kunden wahrgenommenen Dienstleistung
  • Steuerung und Koordination von ganzheitlichen und integrierten Marketingstrategien für alle relevanten Kanäle
  • Begleitung von kanalübergreifende Markenführung
  • Erkennen der Potentiale für Projekterweiterungen und neue Projekte
  • Unternehmerisches, kostenbewusstes und ertragsorientiertes Handeln. Controlling, Budgetplanung und Budgetverwaltung
  • Vertretung der Agenturziele gegenüber Kunden und Dienstleistern
  1. Leadership
  • Verantwortungsvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden im Sinne der Agenturziele sowie Werte und Prinzipien der Schmittgall HEALTH
  • Vermittlung und Vertretung der Agenturwerte, -prinzipien und -ziele gegenüber Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Regeln in der Agentur
  • Kontinuierliche persönliche fachliche Weiterentwicklung insbesondere von Leadership Fähigkeiten im Sinne der Agentur-Philosophie
  • Orchestrierung aller interner und externer Prozessbeteiligten
  • Vertretung der Agenturziele gegenüber Dienstleistern
  1. Konzeption / Strategie
  • Sparringspartner für die Entwicklung, Konzeption und Planung von Strategien und Konzepten im Rahmen von ganzheitlichen und integrierten Marketingstrategien

Voraussetzungen

  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Projektsteuerungskompetenz
  • Maximale Leidenschaft für Healthcare, idealerweise für den Bereich RX
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und unternehmerischer Denkweise
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Organisations-, Motivations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicheres Urteilsvermögen in Hinblick auf Briefing, Strategie und Qualität
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in verantwortlicher Position einer Healthcare-Agentur
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Überzeugende, begeisternde und gewinnende Persönlichkeit
  • Souveräne und zielführende Moderation von Meetings und Workshops
  • Fähigkeit, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Chancen bei Bestandskunden zu erkennen und wertschöpfende Lösungen zu schaffen
