Objetivo de la vacante

Brindar atención especializada y resolutiva a las quejas y solicitudes formales de clientes, asegurando cumplimiento con la regulación vigente y ofreciendo una experiencia empática, clara y profesional. Gestionar los casos asignados con precisión, seguimiento oportuno y colaboración interdepartamental, con el objetivo de prevenir escalaciones a entidades externas como la CONDUSEF.

Responsabilidades:

Gestionar y resolver quejas y solicitudes ingresadas a la UNE, brindando respuestas claras, empáticas y dentro de los tiempos establecidos por regulación.

Dar seguimiento puntual y documentado a los casos que hayan sido canalizados por autoridades externas, garantizando atención dentro de los plazos establecidos.

Asegurar que todas las respuestas y procesos relacionados con UNE se encuentren alineados con la regulación aplicable, protegiendo tanto al cliente como a la institución.

Mantener un control detallado y organizado de cada interacción, resoluciones, tiempos de atención y documentos enviados, con trazabilidad completa del caso.

Coordinarse con áreas como Legal, Compliance, Riesgos, Producto y Customer Care para obtener información o resolver los casos de forma integral.

Detectar patrones o causas recurrentes en las quejas y compartir insights que contribuyan a mejorar la experiencia del cliente y prevenir futuras incidencias.

Asegurar que cada caso sea resuelto de forma definitiva, incluyendo seguimiento de acuerdos o compromisos adquiridos.

Monitorear y reportar métricas como tiempo de resolución, tasa de recurrencia, y satisfacción del cliente UNE.

Perfil del Puesto:

- Experiencia previa en manejo de quejas formales, atención a clientes o roles similares. - Conocimiento básico de normativas financieras y derechos del consumidor (idealmente relacionadas con CONDUSEF). - Excelentes habilidades de ortografía, redacción y comunicación - Excelentes habilidades de conciliación y negociación - Enfoque empático, resolutivo y orientado a la mejora continua. - Capacidad de análisis, gestión de casos complejos y priorización. - Manejo de herramientas CRM y sistemas de registro de casos.
