Al integrarte como Trainer, desarrollarás e implementaras programas de capacitación para agentes de servicio al cliente, ventas y cobranzas. Diseñar materiales de capacitación, llevar a cabo sesiones de capacitación y brindar apoyo continuo para garantizar la efectividad de nuestros agentes. Además, colaborar estrechamente con varios departamentos para identificar necesidades de capacitación y desarrollar estrategias de mejora.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, impartir y dar seguimiento a programas de capacitación para asegurar el desarrollo de habilidades técnicas, de servicio al cliente y competencias blandas del equipo.
  • Crear y analizar reportes e indicadores de capacitación, incluyendo certificaciones, rotación, desempeño en evaluaciones, motivos de baja y seguimiento a planes de desarrollo.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos para desarrollar contenido educativo y materiales de formación alineados con los procesos y productos de la compañía.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los programas de capacitación obligatoria, monitoreando el avance de los participantes y cerrando brechas de aprendizaje.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora a partir de hallazgos de Calidad (QA) y diseñar planes de acción que fortalezcan el desempeño operativo.
  • Implementar estrategias de aprendizaje y desarrollo que contribuyan al crecimiento profesional de los colaboradores y al cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.

Requisitos:

  • Inglés avanzado (obligatorio).
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en capacitación, entrenamiento o desarrollo de equipos de servicio al cliente.
  • Experiencia diseñando e impartiendo capacitaciones, así como creando materiales de aprendizaje.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías de capacitación y gestión de grupos.
  • Capacidad para identificar necesidades de entrenamiento e implementar planes de mejora.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y seguimiento de indicadores.
  • Experiencia brindando coaching, acompañamiento y desarrollo de equipos operativos.
  • Deseable experiencia en el sector financiero, fintech o banca.
