Spécialisée dans l'Equipement de Protection Individuelle (EPI), DIFAC, filiale du Groupe PLISSONNEAU rayonne sur l'ensemble du territoire national. L’entreprise se positionne comme un interlocuteur de référence sur le marché national de l’EPI à destination d’une clientèle de distributeurs en fournitures industrielles et des réseaux PRO et grand public.

Nous recherchons, pour notre siège en Alsace, un(e) approvisionneur (H/F) pour un CDD de 6 mois.

Missions :

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Supply Chain, vos missions seront les suivantes :

- Assurer la continuité opérationnelle des achats et approvisionnements

- Analyser les besoins à partir des ventes, stocks et prévisions et préparer les propositions de réapprovisionnement

- Saisir, suivre et mettre à jour les commandes fournisseurs, confirmations, délais et documents d’expédition

- Relancer les fournisseurs, fiabiliser les dates de livraison et informer les services concernés des arrivages

- Mettre à jour les données articles, fournisseurs et tarifs dans X3

- Contrôler les documents achats (BL, réceptions, factures) et contribuer au traitement des litiges et non- conformités

- Apporter un support aux consultations, comparaisons d’offres et dossiers fournisseurs selon les priorités du service

Profil:

Idéalement de niveau BAC +3/+5 orienté achats/ approvisionnements, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie de 3 ans minimum sur des fonctions similaires.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et fiabilité dans le traitement des données et des commandes. Vous êtes une personne organisée et à l’aise dans la priorisation de vos taches en fonction des urgences. Vous êtes autonome et réactive dans la réalisation de vos tâches.

Vous avez des connaissances dans l’organisation d’un flux supply chain et êtes à l’aise en Anglais, sur le Pack Office, ERP/ Sage x3 idéalement. Vous avez une maitrise opérationnelle des achats, approvisionnements et du suivi de commandes fournisseurs. Enfin vous avez le sens de la communication, une aisance relationnelle et l’esprit d’équipe.
