NOTRE ENTREPRISE

Spécialisé dans la location de matériel TP, depuis 50 ans, MONTAGRUES, filiale du Groupe Plissonneau forge son expertise autour de l'activité levage, renforcée par son parc composé d'une trentaine de grues allant de 35T à 450T permettant de prendre en charge l'ensemble des problématiques de chantier.

Au-delà de la location de matériel TP, le groupe MONTAGRUES propose des services de transport et de stockage du matériel de chantier des professionnels.

Nous recherchons, pour notre siège à Gennevilliers, un/une chef comptable (H/F).

VOS MISSIONS

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Administrative et Financière, vous aurez pour missions :

  • La gestion administrative et la tenue de la comptabilité,
  • La saisie des éléments comptables,
  • Rassembler et coordonner les données comptables,
  • Le pointage,
  • Les rapprochements bancaires,
  • Les déclarations fiscales obligatoires et contrôle de la TVA,
  • La mise en place de process comptables,
  • Le contrôle et l'édition de documents comptables,
  • Editer et transmettre le grand livre des comptes, les arrêtés comptables mensuels,
  • Contrôler et réaliser la balance budgétaire,
  • Règlements pour le compte des fournisseurs, prestataires et autres créanciers.
  • Préparation des états financiers
  • Soutien en contrôle de gestion

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Expérience de 6 à 10 ans sur un poste similaire
  • Maîtrise technique comptable et fiscale : connaissance des normes comptables & fiscales
  • Gestion et contrôle : savoir organiser et fiabiliser la tenue comptable, contrôler les clôtures, et garantir le respect des délais
  • Outils informatiques : bonne maîtrise de X3, Excel avancé
  • Rigueur et sens de l’organisation : capacité à structurer, planifier et respecter les échéances tout en gérant plusieurs priorités
  • Communication : Echanger/ collaborer avec les autres services ainsi qu’avec la direction afin de faciliter la prise de décision
