Filiale du Groupe Plissonneau, DIFAC est une Société reconnue sur son marché concurrentiel comme spécialiste des équipements de protection individuelle intervenant sur tout le territoire français et auprès d'une clientèle de professionnels : grands comptes nationaux, régionaux, PME, PMI de divers secteurs d'activité (Industries, BTP, Services, Collectivités), Négoces, Quincaillerie, GSB, LISA.

Poste proposé dès à présent en CDD à terme imprécis dans le cadre du remplacement temporaire d'un salarié absent.

Missions du poste

En tant que Responsable Commercial Régional (H/F) dédié(e) à nos clients RETAIL, vous êtes le/la garant(e) du développement des ventes sur les départements confiés (Nord / Centre).

Rattaché(e) à notre Chef des Ventes auquel vous reportez, vous aurez en charge les missions suivantes qui nécessitent une fréquence élevée de déplacements :

• Identifier et développer notre clientèle de réseaux Négociants de Matériaux, Fournitures Industrielles, Quincailleries, Revendeurs indépendants, GSB et LISA.

• Pérenniser les relations commerciales existantes et identifier de nouvelles opportunités.

• Promouvoir les campagnes commerciales proposées par la Société.

• Planifier et structurer les visites clients sur l’ensemble du secteur attribué.

• Réaliser le suivi des commandes et paiements en lien avec les autres services internes.

• Rédiger un compte rendu d’activité hebdomadaire.

• Élaborer, en collaboration avec le chef des ventes, des plans stratégiques visant l’atteinte des objectifs définis sur le secteur.

Votre Profil

De formation commerciale Bac +2 minimum, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience de Commercial Itinérant, idéalement en EPI et dans le secteur Retail.

Vous avez l'expérience de la vente sur un secteur couvrant plusieurs départements et d'une fréquence de découchés pouvant être de 1 à 3 nuits à l'extérieur par semaine.

Vous possédez une forte culture du résultat associée à une aptitude à convaincre et à un sens de l'organisation.

Vos qualités de négociateur et votre capacité d'adaptation vous permet de vous affirmer dans un environnement concurrentiel.

Vous souhaitez participer à la croissance à deux chiffres d'une PME à taille humaine, alors rejoignez nous.

Localisation du poste : Ile-de-France et environs Poste disponible dès à présent. Contrat à durée déterminée dans le cadre d'un remplacement temporaire. Rémunération fixe mensuelle brute entre 3200 et 3700 euros sur 13 mois + variable annuel de 20%.

Véhicule mis à disposition, réductions sur événements et activités (cinémas, parcs d'attraction...). Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDD. Poste itinérant.
