The posting

Groupe de services B to B en forte évolution en Outre-mer recherche un(e) Responsable d'agence pour renforcer le pilotage opérationnel et commercial de ses sites situés dans les DOM (Antilles). L'entreprise intervient auprès d'une clientèle professionnelle diversifiée (BTP, transport, logistique, services, collectivités...).

Rattaché(e) à la Direction régionale, vous prenez la responsabilité d'une ou plusieurs agences et en garantissez la performance globale.

- Manager les équipes (accueil/comptoir, commerciaux terrain, exploitation, atelier/parc) : organisation, fixation d'objectifs, accompagnement et développement des compétences. - Développer l'activité sur votre zone : prospection et fidélisation d'une clientèle professionnelle, identification des besoins, élaboration de propositions adaptées, négociation et suivi des contrats. - Piloter l'exploitation au quotidien : planification des moyens, optimisation de la disponibilité des ressources matérielles, coordination avec l'atelier ou les partenaires techniques, contrôle qualité des prestations. - Suivre les résultats économiques de l'agence : analyse des indicateurs (CA, marge, coûts d'exploitation), mise en place d'actions correctives, reporting régulier à la Direction. - Conduire les actions de progrès : amélioration continue des process, déploiement d'outils digitaux métiers, montée en gamme du service rendu aux clients.

PROFIL

Bac+2/3 minimum (commerce, gestion, logistique, management) ou expérience significative en direction de centre de profit / agence de services. - Expérience réussie (3 à 5 ans minimum) dans une fonction de Responsable d'agence, Responsable de site ou Manager opérationnel, idéalement en environnement BtoB avec forte dimension terrain (services aux entreprises, logistique, transport, distribution professionnelle, intérim, etc.). - Forte orientation résultats et satisfaction client, capacité à décider rapidement dans un contexte exigeant. - Leadership affirmé, sens de l'organisation, goût du terrain et de l'animation d'équipe. - Maîtrise des outils informatiques (pack Office, outils métiers), permis B exigé.
