Le Groupe Plissonneau est un acteur majeur dans les DOM, dans les secteurs de la vente, de la location et de la maintenance de matériel BTP et de véhicules industriels, du levage et des transports spéciaux.

Nous recrutons un stagiaire Assistant de trésorerie (H/F), pour participer à l'évolution du service trésorerie. Notre stagiaire sera chargé d'assister la Responsable Trésorerie et Financements dans la gestion opérationnelle et stratégique de la trésorerie et des financements du groupe, tout en étant basé au siège social en Martinique.

MISSIONS :

Rattaché à la Responsable du service au sein de la Direction Administrative et Financière, vos principales missions seront de participer activement à la gestion quotidienne des flux financiers, à la mise en place de solutions de financement et de solutions d’encaissements clients :

  • Suivi quotidien des positions bancaires
  • Aide à l'élaboration des prévisions de trésorerie à court et moyen terme
  • Contribution à la préparation et au suivi des dossiers de financement
  • Participation à la gestion des solutions d’encaissements des filiales
  • Participation aux projets de développement du logiciel de trésorerie (Kyriba)
  • Participation à l’élaboration de reporting financiers

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation supérieure en finance, trésorerie ou data analytics appliqué à la finance (Bac+3 à Bac +5).

A ce titre, vous maîtrisez :

  • Les notions financières de la trésorerie,
  • Les outils bureautiques (pack office) et Power BI, et vous saurez vous adapter à de nouveaux logiciels.

Vous disposez de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles. Vous respectez la confidentialité de votre environnement et avez un bon esprit de synthèse et d’organisation.

Votre adaptabilité, votre discrétion, votre autonomie et votre rigueur exemplaire seront des atouts indispensables pour assurer le succès de vos missions.

Une première expérience en finance, trésorerie ou analyse de données serait un plus.

Date de début : Septembre 2026

Type de contrat : Stage de 6 mois à 12 mois
