Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Agent with mortgage expertise to join our international banking support operations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality telephony assistance, handling borrower inquiries, and processing specialized mortgage workflows for global financial services.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide end-to-end voice and operational support for banking and mortgage customers. • Handle inquiries regarding mortgage accounts, loan documentation, verification, and payment processing. • Ensure strict adherence to US banking compliance rules, privacy standards, and quality benchmarks. • Accurately record case details, workflow status, and customer interactions in banking database systems.

Qualifications Required: • Education: High School graduate (old curriculum), Senior High School graduate, completed at least 2 years of college, or Bachelor's degree holder. • Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven telephony support experience in US or UK banking accounts. • Specialized Requirement: Hands-on mortgage experience within the US banking or financial services sector is strictly required.

Work Location & Schedule: • Location: Quezon City • Shift & Schedule: Shifting schedules, UK time • Target Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
