Buchhalter (all gender) befristet bis 30.06.2027

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie führen die laufende Buchhaltung eigenständig durch und verbuchen sowie kontieren die Geschäftsfälle.
  • Sie erfassen und prüfen Eingangsrechnungen und stellen eine korrekte Bearbeitung sicher.
  • Sie stimmen die Kreditorenbuchhaltung laufend ab und klären offene Posten.
  • Sie prüfen und erfassen Spesen- und Reisekostenabrechnungen.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach UGB.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise eine HAK-Ausbildung, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie beherrschen MS Office sehr gut und arbeiten insbesondere routiniert mit Excel; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie kommunizieren sehr gut auf Deutsch und gut auf Englisch – jeweils in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie verstehen komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell und überzeugen durch analytisches Denkvermögen.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, genau und zuverlässig und bringen eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit.
  • Sie zeigen hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und bringen gerne neue, unkonventionelle Ideen ein.

Für diese Position auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung bieten wir ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 3.009,80 mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
