Strategic Procurement (all genders) Non-Production Material & Packaging

Ihre Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Ganzheitlicher Einkauf: Sie verantworten den strategischen und operativen Einkauf für Non-Production Material (z.B. Maschinen, Anlagen, Facility) sowie strategisch für den Bereich Packaging am Standort Wien.
  • Projekt- und Lieferantenmanagement: Sie begleiten Investitionsprojekte von der Bedarfsklärung bis zur Beauftragung und entwickeln unser Lieferantennetzwerk kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Verhandlung & Abschluss: Sie führen Marktanalysen und Ausschreibungen durch, verhandeln Verträge und optimieren dabei Kosten, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit.
  • Operative Abwicklung: Sie steuern den reibungslosen Bestellprozess in SAP (inkl. Terminverfolgung, Reklamationsmanagement und Stammdatenpflege).
  • Prozessoptimierung & Innovation: Sie entwickeln Warengruppenstrategien und KPIs weiter und treiben die praktische Nutzung von KI-Tools in unserem Beschaffungsalltag voran.
  • Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Als Teil eines dreiköpfigen Teams arbeiten Sie partnerschaftlich mit Fachbereichen wie Produktion, Technik und Qualitätsmanagement zusammen.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (z.B. HTL, FH/Uni).
  • Erfahrung: Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im technischen Einkauf eines Industrieunternehmens.
  • Fachkompetenz: Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke im Lieferantenmanagement sowie fundierte Praxis im Einkauf von Non-Production Material und in der Begleitung technischer Investitionsprojekte; gutes Verständnis für industrielle Prozesse (Erfahrung im Bereich Packaging ist ein Plus).
  • Systeme & IT: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, hohe Offenheit für digitale Werkzeuge sowie die Bereitschaft, KI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen zu erproben; SAP-Kenntnisse (insbesondere im Modul MM) sind von Vorteil.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Persönlichkeit: Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke, gewinnender Kommunikation und ausgeprägtem Teamgeist für die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.
