PRODUKTIONSTECHNIKER (all genders)

Fertigung von Druckzylindern

Ihre Verantwortungen

  • Sicherstellen der technischen Anlagenverfügbarkeit (OEE) und KPI Zielerreichung
  • Serienüberleitung/Einführung neuer Produkte auf den Fertigungsanlagen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Prozessentwicklung und Produktion
  • Umsetzung/Betreuung technischer Änderungen an Prozessen (Fertigungsanlagen) und Produkten
  • Erstellen von technischen bzw. prozessspezifischen Dokumenten (Arbeitsanweisungen etc.)
  • Schulung der Produktionsmitarbeiter an den Fertigungsanlagen
  • Rüsten und Einstellen der Anlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionspersonal
  • Erstellen von Prozessdatenanalysen und Ableiten von entsprechenden Maßnahmen daraus
  • Trouble Shooting bei Störungen und Stillständen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse (KVP) unter Einsatz von Lean Methoden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (FS, HTL, FH) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechanik oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung als Maschinenbautechniker o.ä.
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Produktion
  • Fundierte MS-Office und PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität, keine „Berührungsängste“ mit schwerem Maschinenbau
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Lösungsorientierung und Teamgeist
