Du willst mit Deiner Arbeit echten Einfluss nehmen und das Unternehmen mit fundierten Analysen und Planungen aktiv voranbringen? Dann werde Teil unseres Controlling-Teams. Bei uns schaffst Du Transparenz über wirtschaftliche Entwicklungen, arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen und gibst wichtige Impulse für unternehmerische Entscheidungen. Dich erwartet ein vielseitiges Aufgabenfeld mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum, Verantwortung und Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg. Außerdem bringst Du Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Planungs- und Reportingprozesse ein.

Folgende Aufgaben warten auf dich in unserem legendärsten Team:

  • Du erstellst Kostenrechnungen, Forecasts sowie Budget- und Liquiditätsplanungen
  • Du arbeitest mit DATEV in den Bereichen Buchhaltung und Kostenrechnung und nutzt die Datenbasis für fundierte Analysen und Auswertungen
  • Du analysierst wirtschaftliche Entwicklungen und bereitest entscheidungsrelevante Kennzahlen und Auswertungen adressatengerecht auf
  • Du erstellst Ad-hoc-Analysen und leitest daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachabteilungen zusammen und unterstützt sie als verlässliche Schnittstelle in kaufmännischen Fragestellungen
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Controllings mit – insbesondere in den Bereichen Planung, Reporting und Entwicklung steuerungsrelevanter KPIs
  • Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Finanzbuchhaltung zusammen und stellst eine belastbare Datengrundlage für Reporting und Analysen sicher

DEIN LEGENDÄRES PROFIL

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterqualifizierung
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling sowie idealerweise an den Schnittstellen zu Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis und ein gutes Gespür für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge mit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV
  • Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und verfügst insbesondere über sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, zuverlässig und gerne im Austausch mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
