Als Mitarbeiter Mobilfunk / Shop & Kundenservice (w/d/m) bist du der direkte Draht zu unseren Kund:innen im Ladengeschäft und am Telefon. Mit deiner Erfahrung im Mobilfunk, deinem Engagement und deinem Gespür für Service sorgst du dafür, dass sich unsere Kund:innen jederzeit bestens betreut fühlen. Du hast Freude an der aktiven Arbeit mit Kund:innen, betreust Neu- und Bestandskund:innen im Ladengeschäft und am Telefon und unterstützt unser Team bei den täglichen Abläufen.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich in unserem legendären Team:

  • Abwicklung des Ladengeschäfts einschließlich Organisation, Dekoration, Sortimentspflege und -präsentation
  • Telefonische Betreuung von Neu- und Bestandskunden
  • Führen und Überprüfen der Lagerbestände
  • Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen und Marketingkonzepten
  • Betreuung der Mobilfunkpartner
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Ladengeschäft, Verkauf oder in der Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise im Mobilfunkbereich
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen und ein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert
  • Du bringst Organisationstalent und Serviceorientierung mit
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
