Recursos Humanos – Generalista

  • Atuar nos processos de RH, prestando suporte às lideranças e aos colaboradores em temas relacionados à gestão de pessoas.
  • Apoiar os processos de recrutamento e seleção, desde o alinhamento do perfil até a admissão dos candidatos.
  • Realizar triagem de currículos, entrevistas e aplicação de ferramentas de seleção, quando aplicável.
  • Apoiar os processos de integração e onboarding de novos colaboradores.
  • Acompanhar o período de experiência, fornecendo suporte às lideranças na avaliação e tomada de decisão.
  • Apoiar ações de treinamento e desenvolvimento, levantamento de necessidades e acompanhamento dos participantes.
  • Contribuir para ações de clima, engajamento, comunicação interna e desenvolvimento organizacional.
  • Apoiar processos de avaliação de desempenho e acompanhamento de planos de desenvolvimento.
  • Orientar colaboradores e gestores sobre políticas, procedimentos e práticas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Apoiar as lideranças na gestão de conflitos e nas demandas relacionadas às relações de trabalho.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de RH e elaborar relatórios gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de RH e propor soluções.

Departamento Pessoal

  • Executar e acompanhar as rotinas de admissão, movimentação e desligamento de colaboradores.
  • Conferir e acompanhar documentação admissional e demissional.
  • Apoiar o processamento e a conferência da folha de pagamento, encargos e demais obrigações relacionadas à área.
  • Realizar o controle e acompanhamento de férias, afastamentos, benefícios e movimentações cadastrais.
  • Acompanhar benefícios, realizando inclusões, exclusões, movimentações e conferências.

Atuação junto à Operação

  • Prestar suporte às lideranças das áreas operacionais, administrativas e de transporte nas demandas relacionadas a pessoas.
  • Acompanhar as necessidades de contratação e movimentação de profissionais de acordo com a demanda operacional.
  • Apoiar a gestão dos indicadores de absenteísmo, turnover, horas extras, quadro de pessoal e afastamentos.
  • Contribuir para ações de fortalecimento do engajamento das equipes operacionais.
  • Apoiar as lideranças na aplicação das políticas e procedimentos de RH, promovendo maior aderência às práticas da empresa.
  • Atuar de forma próxima aos colaboradores, identificando demandas e contribuindo para a solução de questões relacionadas ao ambiente de trabalho.
  • Formação Superior completa em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou cursos similares.
  • Desejável pós-graduação em Gestão de Pessoas, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência anterior como Analista de Recursos Humanos, com atuação generalista.
  • Experiência em processos de Recrutamento e Seleção.
  • Vivência no atendimento e suporte a gestores e colaboradores.
  • Desejável experiência em empresas de logística, transportes, distribuição, indústria ou operações, atuando com equipes predominantemente operacionais.
  • Imprescindível experiência com implantação ou melhoria de processos de RH.
  • Domínio de Excel e de indicadores de RH.
