Sobre a vaga

  • Você vai atuar no ciclo de vida dos produtos, do desenvolvimento ao lançamento e ao suporte pós-venda, em contato direto com fornecedores no Brasil e no exterior, com a equipe comercial e com clientes técnicos. É uma posição para quem gosta de entender como o produto funciona e como ele é montado, e não só de planilhas.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Apoiar a gestão do portfólio de produtos: especificações técnicas, fichas de produto, códigos, kits e composições.
  • Interagir com fornecedores internacionais (em inglês) em desenvolvimento de produto, amostras, ajustes técnicos e qualidade.
  • Analisar desenhos técnicos, testar amostras e validar a montagem e o funcionamento dos sistemas.
  • Prestar assistência técnica a clientes e ao time comercial: orientar sobre especificação, instalação e regulagem dos produtos e apoiar a solução de problemas em obra.
  • Investigar reclamações técnicas e não conformidades e propor ações corretivas junto a fornecedores.
  • Apoiar o time comercial com treinamentos, materiais técnicos e suporte em projetos de clientes.
  • Elaborar e atualizar manuais de instalação, catálogos e conteúdos técnicos, inclusive com base nas dúvidas recorrentes da assistência técnica.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de produto (vendas, margem, giro e ruptura) e sugerir melhorias no mix.
  • Apoiar processos de importação: especificações para pedidos, documentação técnica e follow-up com fornecedores.
  • Trabalhar com a equipe de marketing na produção de catálogos, folders, manuais e conteúdos de marketing digital.
  • Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Engenharia (Produção, Mecânica, Materiais), Design de Produto, Arquitetura ou cursos afins.
  • Experiência no setor moveleiro, construção ou arquitetura, com envolvimento em tecnologias de ferragens, marcenaria ou de portas e divisórias.
  • Conhecimento prático de montagem e instalação de móveis, ferragens ou sistemas de portas, com capacidade de orientar outras pessoas.
  • Perfil técnico: leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos, entendimento de materiais (alumínio, zamac, aço, vidro, MDF) e de processos de fabricação.
  • Domínio de Excel (tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV/VLOOKUP etc.).
  • Imprescindível inglês fluente.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior com SAC, assistência técnica ou atendimento pós-venda.
  • Conhecimento de software CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp ou similar).
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento de produto, moldes e ferramentais.
  • Vivência em feiras do setor (ex.: FIMMA, Expo Revestir, Interzum).
