Nosso cliente é uma empresa em expansão especializada em sistemas deslizantes e soluções para portas e móveis, com atuação nacional, atendendo indústrias, marcenarias de alto padrão e arquitetos. Os produtos, cuidadosamente selecionados e importados, oferecem qualidade, design e tecnologia para atender aos mais exigentes projetos.

Buscamos um profissional estratégico, analítico e hands-on, com capacidade de atuar próximo à operação e à Diretoria, conectando importação, planejamento, PCP, estoque e logística.

Será uma posição de liderança e alta responsabilidade, com atuação direta na melhoria dos processos, gestão de indicadores e tomada de decisões relacionadas à cadeia de abastecimento.

Principais responsabilidades:

IMPORTAÇÃO E GESTÃO DE PEDIDOS

  • Coordenar a cotação e emissão de pedidos junto a fornecedores nacionais e internacionais, em concordância com a Diretoria e Gerênia de Produto;
  • Acompanhar pedidos desde a confirmação até a chegada da mercadoria;
  • Gerenciar prazos, volumes e condições previamente negociadas.

COMÉRCIO EXTERIOR

  • Acompanhar o processo de importação de ponta a ponta;
  • Gerenciar embarques, trânsito internacional, nacionalização e desembaraço;
  • Atuar na interface com Tradings, despachantes aduaneiros e agentes de carga;
  • Monitorar prazos e custos envolvidos no processo.

PCP E PLANEJAMENTO DE MATERIAIS

  • Gerenciar o Lead Time completo da cadeia, da fabricação no exterior à confecção dos componentes, garantindo a disponibilidade no estoque;
  • Estruturar e acompanhar planejamento de compras e ressuprimento;
  • Trabalhar com estoque de segurança, ponto de pedido, cobertura e curva ABC;
  • Antecipar riscos de ruptura e excesso de estoque.

GESTÃO DE ESTOQUES

  • Liderar os processos de recebimento e entrada de mercadorias;
  • Garantir a acuracidade entre estoque físico e sistema;
  • Acompanhar inventários e indicadores de movimentação e giro;
  • Buscar maior eficiência na organização e utilização do estoque.

GESTÃO E MELHORIA DE PROCESSOS

  • Estruturar e acompanhar indicadores de Supply Chain;
  • Monitorar giro, cobertura, nível de estoque, acuracidade, Lead Time e custos logísticos;
  • Identificar gargalos e implementar melhorias nos processos;
  • Desenvolver e liderar a equipe da área de Importação, Compras e Produção.
  • Experiência em posições de liderança em Supply Chain, Logística, Compras ou Comércio Exterior, preferencialmente em empresa de médio porte.
  • Vivência prática e consistente com processos de importação.
  • Experiência com acompanhamento de embarques, nacionalização e relacionamento com Trading, despachantes e agentes de carga.
  • Conhecimento de PCP, planejamento de materiais e gestão de estoques.
  • Domínio de conceitos como curva ABC, ponto de pedido, estoque de segurança, cobertura e Lead Time.
  • Experiência com gestão de indicadores e melhoria de processos.
  • Excel avançado.
  • Experiência com ERP.
  • Inglês avançado/fluente será considerado um diferencial importante.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e orientado a resultados, com capacidade de atuar de forma estratégica sem perder a proximidade com a operação.
