¿Quiénes somos?

En PROCESIA ayudamos a organizaciones de alto impacto a llevar la inteligencia artificial y los datos a proyectos reales, con resultados visibles y medibles.​

Aquí no es solo programar, es diseñar y construir servicios de IA en Python que se integran con arquitecturas modernas de datos, orquestación y observabilidad.​

Te encajará si disfrutas entendiendo el contexto del proyecto, propones soluciones y te gusta ver cómo tus servicios escalan y se usan de verdad.

Lo que nos gustaría ver en tu mochila:

  • Experiencia sólida en proyectos TI, con varios años dedicados al desarrollo backend en Python.​
  • Haber trabajado en servicios de inteligencia artificial: integración de modelos, flujos de datos, pipelines, etc.​
  • Comodidad desarrollando APIs REST con FastAPI o Flask y documentándolas con OpenAPI o Swagger.​
  • Experiencia trabajando con Docker y Kubernetes como parte natural de tu día a día.​
  • Conocimiento práctico de SQLAlchemy y PostgreSQL, y de colas asíncronas tipo Celery o Redis.​

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

Formarás parte de un equipo muy orientado a IA (Data Scientists, arquitectos, otros consultores Python), donde cada persona aporta su especialidad para llevar los casos de uso a producción.​ Vas a:

  • Diseñar y desarrollar APIs y servicios backend en Python que conectan modelos de IA con el resto del ecosistema.​
  • Preparar y mantener pipelines de integración y despliegue continuo, empaquetando con Docker y desplegando en Kubernetes.​
  • Gestionar la persistencia de datos con SQLAlchemy y PostgreSQL, y la ejecución asíncrona con Celery o Redis, con un logging estructurado que facilite la operación.​
  • Colaborar estrechamente con Data Scientists y arquitectos para transformar prototipos en servicios estables, observables y escalables.​
  • Participar en decisiones técnicas, proponiendo mejoras de rendimiento, calidad y buenas prácticas en el código.
