Hay dos tipos de proyectos tecnológicos:

  • Los que generan reuniones eternas, excels imposibles y frases como esto en preproducción funcionaba.
  • Y luego están los proyectos que realmente transforman organizaciones, donde la tecnología tiene impacto, los equipos trabajan con criterio y las decisiones importan.

En PROCESIA preferimos claramente los segundos.

Por eso buscamos incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Proyecto especializado/a en gestión de identidades y ciberseguridad para liderar iniciativas vinculadas a plataformas OpenIAM en entornos de alta exigencia tecnológica.

Spoiler: sí, vas a coordinar equipos. Pero no esperamos que seas terapeuta, mago ni adivino del backlog.

¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos incorporar a profesional con experiencia real liderando proyectos TI y capacidad para coordinar iniciativas complejas relacionadas con plataformas de identidad y accesos.

Alguien que se sienta cómodo tomando decisiones, organizando equipos y gestionando proyectos donde la palabra criticidad aparece más de una vez por reunión.

Necesitamos que aportes:

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Informática o equivalente homologado en España.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en proyectos TI.
  • Al menos 3 años gestionando o coordinando proyectos de consultoría de ciberseguridad relacionados con IAM.
  • Experiencia trabajando con OpenIAM.
  • Capacidad de planificación, coordinación y supervisión técnica y funcional.
  • Buen nivel de interlocución con cliente y equipos multidisciplinares.

Y si además has trabajado en proyectos para la Administración de Justicia probablemente ya sabes sobrevivir a cualquier comité de seguimiento.

¿Cuál será tu día a día?

Tu misión será conseguir que proyectos complejos avancen con orden, calidad y visión estratégica. Sin dramas innecesarios. Sin apagar fuegos a diario. O al menos no todos los días... Entre otras cosas, te encargarás de:

  • Liderar proyectos relacionados con identidad digital y gestión de accesos.
  • Coordinar equipos técnicos especializados en ciberseguridad.
  • Planificar recursos, hitos y prioridades.
  • Supervisar entregables y garantizar calidad del servicio.
  • Gestionar la relación con cliente y stakeholders.
  • Detectar riesgos antes de que se conviertan en urgencias para ayer.
  • Participar en iniciativas tecnológicas con impacto real en organismos estratégicos.

Buscamos una persona resolutiva, organizada y con criterio técnico.
