Hay quien cuando escucha incidencia crítica entra en pánico.

Y luego están las personas que abren logs, revisan trazas, localizan el problema y todavía tienen tiempo para preguntarse quién decidió nombrar así las variables hace tres años.

Buscamos precisamente a esas personas.

En PROCESIA queremos incorporar un/a Consultor/a Técnico/a de Soporte especializado/a en OpenIAM y plataformas de gestión de identidades para participar en proyectos de ciberseguridad donde el soporte no significa reiniciar y cruzar los dedos, sino entender de verdad cómo funciona la plataforma.

Porque sí: aquí el soporte es altamente técnico.

Y bastante más interesante de lo que suele parecer en LinkedIn.

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos alguien capaz de analizar incidencias complejas, participar en evoluciones técnicas y colaborar en tareas relacionadas con arquitectura, implantación y operación de soluciones de acceso e identidad:

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería o Formación Profesional técnica equivalente en España.
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en proyectos TI.
  • Al menos 2 años trabajando en consultoría de ciberseguridad sobre plataformas de gestión de identidades.
  • Experiencia demostrable con OpenIAM.
  • Capacidad de análisis técnico y resolución avanzada de incidencias.
  • Experiencia en administración, soporte y operación de plataformas IAM.
  • Disponibilidad para participar en el régimen de guardias previsto.

Valoraremos especialmente:

  • Experiencia en arquitectura, diseño o implantación de plataformas de acceso.
  • Participación en proyectos vinculados a la Administración de Justicia.
  • Capacidad para documentar, proponer mejoras y optimizar procesos técnicos.

Y sí, si alguna vez has encontrado el problema que nadie conseguía reproducir, probablemente ¡ya eres de los nuestros!.

¿Cuál será tu día a día?

Tu trabajo será clave para garantizar la estabilidad, evolución y soporte técnico de plataformas críticas de identidad y accesos.

Participarás tanto en operación técnica avanzada como en iniciativas de mejora y evolución de la plataforma:

  • Administración y soporte avanzado de entornos OpenIAM.
  • Análisis y resolución de incidencias complejas.
  • Supervisión técnica y mantenimiento de plataformas IAM.
  • Colaboración en tareas de arquitectura, implantación y evolución técnica.
  • Soporte especializado a equipos funcionales y técnicos.
  • Participación en guardias técnicas planificadas.
  • Identificación de mejoras y optimización continua del entorno.

En resumen: tendrás impacto real sobre plataformas críticas.

Y probablemente desarrollarás una relación emocional con los logs.
