Buscamos a la persona que convierta arquitecturas imposibles en plataformas de IA que simplemente funcionan, escalan y hacen magia con los datos.

¿Quiénes somos?

En PROCESIA diseñamos y construimos soluciones tecnológicas que acercan la inteligencia artificial y los datos a proyectos reales y de alto impacto en el sector público y privado.

No buscamos otro arquitecto más, buscamos a la referencia técnica a la que el equipo acude cuando hay que decidir cómo debe vivir, escalar y operar una plataforma de IA moderna.

Tu misión será definir, aterrizar y evolucionar arquitecturas de sistemas basados en inteligencia artificial y Kubernetes, manteniendo el equilibrio perfecto entre visión estratégica y capacidad de ejecución.

Lo que esperamos de ti:

  • Al menos 7 años en proyectos TI y 5 años diseñando arquitecturas de sistemas IA y Kubernetes.
  • Experiencia real en arquitecturas de microservicios y orquestadores de servicios con librerías Python.
  • Mano experta administrando clústeres Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, kustomize) bajo enfoque service mesh y con observabilidad (IAM, Grafana, Prometheus).
  • Conocimiento profundo de infraestructuras de streaming sobre Kafka y entornos MLOps con MLflow, feature stores y despliegues en Seldon Core, KServe o BentoML.
  • Valorable que hayas trabajado con plataformas de datos tipo lake, lakehouse y warehouse.

Tu día a día (no tan típico)

Tu entorno será un laboratorio vivo de soluciones de IA generativa, NLP y tratamiento avanzado de datos, donde las decisiones arquitectónicas importan de verdad.

Estarás rodeado de Data Scientists, Consultores Python y perfiles de coordinación que comparten la misma ambición: hacer de la tecnología algo útil, robusto y escalable.

En la práctica, te ocuparás de:

  • Diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas orientadas a microservicios, definiendo patrones de integración y orquestación de servicios en Python.
  • Gobernar clústeres Kubernetes y su ecosistema, asegurando despliegues elegantes, resiliencia y una observabilidad en tiempo real que permita dormir tranquilo.
  • Definir y mantener la infraestructura de streaming con Kafka y la capa MLOps (MLflow, feature stores, Seldon Core, KServe, BentoML).
  • Participar en decisiones clave sobre arquitecturas on‑premise, cloud e híbridas para soluciones de IA y datos.
  • Colaborar en la coordinación técnica del servicio, ayudando al equipo a resolver cuellos de botella complejos y a mejorar continuamente la plataforma.
