- Provide Defense and National Security (derived classification) Sector related Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual Engineering Services for Navy | NIWC Fire Protection Engineer Services and Support as a Labor Category: Senior Consultant with activities generally located California Central Coast; Western United States; North America | California Central Coast; Western United States; North America Vandenberg Space Force Base, near Lompoc, Santa Barbara County, California.
- Provide qualified engineering support for design and submittal reviews, code compliance evaluation, technical findings and SRM planning. Support existing-facility life safety assessments when tasked. Coordinate recommendations with the DFPE and applicable government AHJs.

Registered Professional Engineer (PE), passage of the NCEES written examination in fire protection engineering, and relevant fire protection engineering experience, as defined in the supplied requirement.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Engineering education supporting PE registration and relevant fire protection experience. No fixed degree level or minimum years is stated in supplied QFPE definition. Historical Senior Consultant minimum was master’s degree and 15 years; verify current category independently.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE), passage of the NCEES written examination in fire protection engineering, and relevant fire protection engineering experience, as defined in the supplied requirement.
