Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind für die selbständige und aktive Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei operativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben verantwortlich
  • Mit Ihrem ausgeprägten Organisationsgeschick verantworten Sie Terminmanagement, -planung und –überwachung unserer Geschäftsführung und organisieren Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland
  • Sie übernehmen weitere allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten, wie z.B. die Bearbeitung des Posteingangs und – ausgangs oder die Annahme und Weiterleitung von Telefongesprächen (auch in englischer Sprache)
  • Die Planung, Organisation und Vorbereitung von Veranstaltungen und Terminen im Auftrag der Geschäftsführung gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Assistenz
  • Organisationstalent mit einer positiven und kommunikativen Grundeinstellung
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Maß an Loyalität, Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Engagement
  • Sicheres Auftreten und verbindliches Verhalten
  • Exzellente Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
