Voor onze opdrachtgever in Amsterdam Zuidoost zijn wij op zoek naar een Inside Sales Representative. Een organisatie gespecialiseerd elektronische toegangssystemen.

Functieomschrijving Inside Sales Representative

Als Inside Sales Representative ben je voornamelijk gericht op de ontwikkeling van de markt in jouw eigen regio door het genereren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen, accountmanagement van klanten en het bewaken van alle processen die nodig zijn om als team optimaal te presteren. Je rapporteert aan het managementteam en hebt regelmatig contact met het internationale hoofdkantoor. Het betreft een functie van maandag tot vrijdag, zonder late shifts, en altijd vanuit een goed bereikbaar kantoor in de regio.

Een leuk extraatje van deze functie: elk jaar is er een verplicht teambuilding evenement op een internationale locatie.

Jouw rol:

  • Het vinden van nieuwe saleskansen, prospecting door cold calling en het maken van afspraken voor de Area Sales Manager.
  • Het begrijpen en kwalificeren van de behoeften van de klant.
  • Relatiebeheer om business te behouden en verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Het rapporteren van bezoeken in het custom made CRM en het bewaken van relevante informatie.
  • Het adviseren van bestaande en nieuwe klanten en offreren op basis van hun behoeften.
  • Het regelmatig inchecken bij klanten om hen te informeren over nieuwe producten, promotiemogelijkheden, evenementen, etc.
  • Het bepalen van targets en het ontwikkelen van strategieën om deze samen met het management te behalen.
  • Het beantwoorden van inkomend telefoonverkeer en doorzetten naar de juiste persoon.

Jouw profiel:

  • Ervaring met cold calling in een B2C of B2B omgeving.
  • Het vermogen om met processen te werken en overzicht te bewaren.
  • Goed time management.
  • Charisma, probleemoplossend vermogen en het kunnen werken onder druk.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een grote plus.
