SOBRE A POSIÇÃO:

Como será seu dia a dia:

  • Gerenciar estrategicamente parceiros comerciais na venda de Seguro de Vida Individual.
  • Apoiar negociações, acompanhar resultados e identificar oportunidades de crescimento.
  • Analisar indicadores de performance para impulsionar produtividade e rentabilidade.
  • Desenvolver soluções comerciais, realizar treinamentos e prestar suporte aos parceiros.
  • Fortalecer relacionamentos e garantir excelência na operação comercial.

Do que você precisa:

  • Experiência em gestão de parcerias, desenvolvimento de negócios e vendas consultivas.
  • Conhecimento em Seguro de Vida e atuação junto a parceiros e clientes.
  • Capacidade analítica para interpretação de KPI’s e tomada de decisões.
  • Vivência em treinamentos, negociação e implementação de estratégias comerciais.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.
