The Sales Support Administrator (SSA) is accountable for enabling advisor productivity and protecting the client experience through disciplined operational execution, sound judgment, and proactive problem solving. This role serves as a key operational partner to Advisors, field leadership, and centralized support teams, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations across onboarding, access management, compliance support, compensation coordination, marketing administration, and system troubleshooting.

As a critical partner of the advisory business, the SSA translates enterprise processes and requirements into consistent, local execution. The SSA reinforces operational discipline, risk awareness, and collaboration while resolving complex, time‑sensitive issues with minimal escalation.

What You’ll Help Us Achieve:

  • Enable advisor productivity and business continuity by ensuring timely, accurate execution of operational processes that reduce friction for Advisors and their support staff. By proactively managing access, onboarding, and system issues, you will help Advisors remain focused on servicing clients and growing their business.
  • Drive operational excellence and risk mitigation through strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and adherence to compliance and business standards. You will identify issues early, resolve them efficiently, and escalate when appropriate to protect data integrity, compensation accuracy, and regulatory readiness.
  • Deliver a consistent, high‑quality onboarding and transition experience for Advisors, Marketing Assistants (MAs), and interns. By coordinating documentation, system access, and workflow completion, you will support smooth entry and role changes across the advisory organization.
  • Strengthen cross‑functional partnership and issue resolution by serving as a liaison between field offices and centralized technology, compensation, licensing, and marketing teams. Through clear communication and follow‑through, you will ensure timely resolution of issues and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Support a professional, compliant, and client‑ready advisor presence by maintaining accurate advisor data, marketing materials, and branding elements across internal and external platforms. Your work ensures that client‑facing materials are accurate.

Qualifications – Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Experience in supporting recruiting, marketing and sales (preferred)
  • Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and follow‑through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience navigating complex systems and cross‑functional processes
  • Professional communication skills and sound judgment when handling sensitive or time‑critical issues
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoom platform, and LinkedIn is a plus

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
