As a member of a highly collaborative team, you will have primary support assignments while also sharing knowledge, providing backup, and assisting teammates when business needs shift. Assignments and responsibilities may change over time based on organizational priorities, capacity, and the needs of the sales organization.

  • Provide proactive logistical and operational support to assigned Individual Life Insurance sales professionals and teams.
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, conferences, and sales events, including scheduling, vendor coordination, presentation support, materials, communications, and follow-up activities.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with sales professionals, distribution partners, vendors, and internal business partners.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute production, activity, and other business reports.
  • Coordinate calendars and travel arrangements while anticipating scheduling conflicts and changing priorities.
  • Process expenses, monitor applicable budgets, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
  • Order and distribute office supplies, stationery, marketing materials, and promotional items.
  • Help ensure supported sales activities and materials align with applicable corporate and FINRA requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify work, improve processes, and strengthen the support experience.
  • Share knowledge, promote best practices, and provide backup support across the FSA team.
  • Adapt to changes in assignments, responsibilities, and business priorities as organizational needs evolve.

Does this sound like you? Our successful candidate has:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively and professionally with employees and leaders at different levels of the organization.
  • A proactive and service-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate needs, follow through on commitments, and resolve issues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with careful attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfort learning and navigating multiple systems, technologies, and digital tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • The ability and willingness to work through change, ambiguity, and evolving business needs.

Preferred Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience providing administrative, sales, event, or operational support.
  • Experience in life insurance or the financial services industry.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, conferences, or events.
  • Familiarity with Prudential systems and applications used for expenses, travel, reporting, or sales support.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
