Als Senior Solution Architect SAP Business Data Cloud (w/m/d) hast du die spannende Aufgabe und den Gestaltungsspielraum, dieses Thema bei uns maßgeblich mitaufzubauen und fest am Markt zu etablieren. Du übernimmst von Tag eins an viel Verantwortung und erhältst die klare Perspektive, dich in Richtung Principal oder Practice Lead zu entwickeln. Du verbindest tiefes SAP-Knowledge mit modernsten Cloud-Architekturen und steuerst komplexe Datenwelten sicher in die Zukunft.

Das wirst du tun

  • Practice-Aufbau & Strategie: Du treibst den fachlichen und strategischen Aufbau der Practice für die SAP Business Data Cloud proaktiv mit voran. Mit viel Eigenverantwortung nutzt du deinen Gestaltungsspielraum, um unser Leistungsportfolio zu entwickeln – mit dem Ziel, perspektivisch in die Lead-Rolle hineinzuwachsen.
  • Go-to-Market & Pre-Sales: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Sales-Team zusammen, um unser Angebot zu schärfen und Discovery-Workshops bei Kunden durchzuführen. Dabei lieferst du wertvolle fachliche Substanz und begleitest das Go-to-Market mit SAP als Partner.
  • Strategische Beratung & Architecture Design: Du konzipierst und implementierst als erfahrene:r Berater:in moderne End-to-End-Datenarchitekturen auf Basis der SAP Business Data Cloud und SAP Datasphere.
  • End-to-End Projektdurchführung: Du begleitest Kunden bei der Migration klassischer SAP BW/BW4HANA-Systeme hin zur cloudbasierten BDC-Architektur. Du nutzt dein Wissen über BW-Modernisierungen für komplexe Migrations- und Innovationsprojekte.
  • Hands-on Datenarchitektur & SAP Datasphere: Entwicklung und Modellierung moderner Datenlandschaften sowie Umsetzung skalierbarer Datenmodelle in Enterprise-Umgebungen.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Du erstellst performante Dashboards und Kennzahlensysteme in der SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Komplexes Lifecycle- & Migrationsmanagement: Erfolgreiche Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Migrationsprojekte sowie kontinuierliche Systemoptimierung.
  • Nahtlose System-Integration: Kopplung von SAP- und Non-SAP-Landschaften über die SAP Integration Suite und moderne API-Management-Ansätze.
  • Enablement & Consulting: Du führst Kundenworkshops durch, baust Proof of Concepts auf und berätst Stakeholder kompetent auf Management-Ebene.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Senior Expertise: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-Analytics- und Data-Warehousing-Umfeld sowie fundiertes Know-how in Datenmodellierung, Datenintegration und Cloud-Architekturen.
  • Beratungspraxis: Du besitzt fundierte Erfahrung im SAP-Consulting mit klarem Fokus auf SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud und/oder SAP BW/4HANA.
  • Projekterfahrung: Du kennst BW-Modernisierungen und Transitionspfade aus eigener Projektpraxis und hast Erfahrung in Enterprise-Landschaften inklusive Migrationen. Idealerweise bringst du auch Kenntnisse in SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS) mit.
  • Pre-Sales-Praxis: Du hast bereits erste oder erweiterte Erfahrung darin, Workshops zu moderieren, Angebote mitzugestalten und Deals fachlich zu begleiten.
  • Gestaltungswille & Ambition: Du hast große Lust darauf, ein neues Portfolio und Standards eigenverantwortlich voranzutreiben, viel Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich in Richtung Lead/Principal zu entwickeln.
  • Tech-Neugier und Lernbereitschaft: Da die BDC-Produkte noch neu am Markt sind, erwarten wir keine jahrzehntelange Erfahrung. Wichtig sind erste Berührungspunkte mit der BDC und dein Drive, dir neue Spezifika (wie Formations, Data Products oder SAP Databricks) mit unserer Unterstützung anzueignen.
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie am gegenseitigen Wissensaustausch.
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch.
