Als Solution Architect Google Workspace (w/m/d) schlägst du die Brücke zwischen IT-Anforderungen und innovativen Lösungsdesigns. Als Digital Native übernimmst du End-to-End-Verantwortung: Du berätst die Kunden-IT, entwirfst maßgeschneiderte Architekturen, kannst diese verständlich erklären und baust die Systeme im Anschluss selbst mit auf.

Das wirst du tun

  • Architecture & Design: Du verantwortest das High-Level-Design und die Konzeption von sicheren Google Workspace-Infrastrukturen (Identity Management/SSO, Rollenkonzepte, Security Policies, MDM).
  • Hands-on Umsetzung & Migration: Dank deiner Hands-on Mentality bleibst du nicht bei der Theorie stehen, sondern setzt die entworfenen Architekturen und Migrationen (z. B. von M365 zu Google Workspace) selbst in der Admin Console um.
  • Advisory & Workshops: Du berätst die IT-Abteilungen auf Augenhöhe, bereitest anspruchsvolle Architektur- und Security-Workshops vor und führst diese als souveräner Tech Advocate durch.
  • Presales & Solutions: Als Presales Driver bringst du dich aktiv in die Presalesphase ein, analysierst bestehende IT-Landschaften und entwickelst zukunftsfähige Lösungsarchitekturen.
  • Support & Bereitschaft: Du unterstützt bei eskalierten technischen Problemen im Support, sicherst im Rahmen der rotierenden Rufbereitschaft den laufenden Betrieb und erstellst eine nachhaltige Systemdokumentation.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Workplace-Lösungen (idealerweise Google Workspace oder M365).
  • Tech-Know-how: Als Tech Enthusiast bringst du tiefes Wissen rund um die Google Admin Console, Security & Compliance (Vault, DLP) und Identity-Themen mit. Skripting-Skills und Erfahrung mit Migrationstools (CloudM, GAM etc.) runden dein Profil ab.
  • Architektur- & Beratungskompetenz: Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert zu analysieren, überzeugend an die Kunden zu kommunizieren und tragfähige Architekturen zu designen.
  • Umsetzungsstärke: Neben deiner Stärke in der Konzeption zeichnet dich eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentality aus – du arbeitest selbstständig und liebst es, Systeme operativ aufzubauen.
  • Sichere Kommunikation: Verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch oder Englisch.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Drive: Du überzeugst mit Ergebnisorientierung und der Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unserem diversen Team.
