The posting

Position: Billing and Collections Assistant

Reports To: Account Supervisor of QQI

Location: Gil Puyat Ayala Makati

Schedule: Onsite Monday to Thursday_8-6Pm, Friday 8-5PM

Job Description

Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to HMO clients and healthcare providers based on contractual agreements and services rendered.

Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling accounts, verifying payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.

Collections: Follow up on overdue invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and assist in arranging payment plans in accordance with company policies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate billing records, payment histories, claims, adjustments, and collections activities.

Customer Support: Address and resolve inquiries regarding invoices, payments, coverage, and outstanding balances.

Reporting: Prepare regular billing and collections reports on payment status, aged accounts, and outstanding balances.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the Billing Lead, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure efficient billing and collections operations.

Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, healthcare regulations, and audit requirements.

Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to enhance billing accuracy, collections efficiency, and overall workflow.
