Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination der täglichen Kundenabrufe sowie Sicherstellung der Auftragsbearbeitung und -erfüllung entsprechend den vereinbarten Lieferterminen und Kundenanforderungen.
  • Erstellung und Bereitstellung aller erforderlichen Versanddokumente für Kunden.
  • Überwachung des gesamten Versandprozesses vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung sowie proaktive Bearbeitung von Verzögerungen und operativen Problemen.
  • Agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden sowie enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Produktionsteams und Logistikdienstleistern.
  • Pflege vollständiger und aktueller Versandinformationen in Kundenportalen, SAP, EDI und internen Systemen.
  • Anlage und Pflege relevanter Stammdaten und Codes für Kunden und Logistikdienstleister.
  • Koordination von Verkaufsrücksendungen sowie Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Abwicklung der damit verbundenen Prozesse und Dokumentationen.
  • Überwachung der Logistikleistung und der termingerechten Lieferung anhand relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung erforderlicher Korrekturmaßnahmen.
  • Unterstützung des Forderungsmanagements durch die Überwachung ausstehender Zahlungen und die Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen.
  • Steuerung der Bestellung, Rückführung und Verfügbarkeit von Mehrwegverpackungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen.
  • Unterstützung interner und externer Audits sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Prozesse und Anforderungen der Managementsysteme.
  • Beitrag zu einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch zuverlässige Lieferungen, transparente Kommunikation und die effiziente Lösung operativer Probleme.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Bachelorstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Supply-Chain-Management oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Die Position eignet sich auch für motivierte Absolventen, die ihre berufliche Laufbahn in einem internationalen Produktionsumfeld beginnen möchten.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Vertriebsadministration, Auftragsabwicklung, Kundenbetreuung, Logistik oder Supply-Chain-Koordination ist von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP, EDI-Systemen oder Kundenportalen ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere operative Themen gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten.
  • Zuverlässige, disziplinierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts- und Kundenbewusstsein.
  • Proaktive und eigenmotivierte Persönlichkeit mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und dem Potenzial, zusätzliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.
