Ihre Aufgaben

  • Überwachung der Anlagenperformance während der Produktion sowie Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Anlagenstörungen, einschließlich Feinjustierung von Parametern, mechanischer Anpassungen und Austausch von Bauteilen, um Stillstandszeiten zu minimieren.
  • Praktische technische Unterstützung der Produktionsteams bei anlagenbezogenen Problemen.
  • Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Anlagenproblemen sowie Unterstützung bei Korrekturmaßnahmen.
  • Kommunikation von Anlagenproblemen an Ingenieure und aktive Mitwirkung bei Ursachenanalysen und Leistungsverbesserungen.
  • Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit Ingenieuren bei Anlagenanpassungen, Versuchen und Datenerhebungen im Rahmen kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsinitiativen.
  • Unterstützung von Pilotläufen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer oder angepasster Fertigungsprozesse in die Serienproduktion.
  • Unterstützung der Anlagen- und Infrastruktur­bereitschaft bei Neueinführungen von Produkten.
  • Pflege von Artikelnummern sowie Aktualisierung von Arbeitsanweisungen im Zusammenhang mit Anlagen- und Prozessänderungen.
  • Durchführung geplanter vorbeugender Wartungsarbeiten gemäß Wartungsplänen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik, Automatisierung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, Anlagenbetreuung, Automatisierung oder in einem technischen Serviceumfeld ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit hoher Affinität zu Anlagen, Elektronik und Produktionstechnik.
  • Fähigkeit, technische Probleme systematisch zu analysieren und praxisnahe Lösungen direkt in der Produktion zu unterstützen.
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office, Erfahrung mit Visio ist von Vorteil.
  • Zuverlässige, detailorientierte und sicherheitsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig eng mit Ingenieuren, Produktionsteams und externen Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Bereitschaft, neue Systeme, Tools und Anwendungen zu erlernen.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Kommunikation im Produktionsumfeld, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung mit Neueinführungen von Produkten oder Produktionsvalidierungstests ist von Vorteil.
