Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination und Durchführung der täglichen Lagerprozesse, um eine effiziente, sichere und termingerechte Materialhandhabung und Lagerung sicherzustellen.
  • Überwachung der Bestände im Lager, Identifikation von Abweichungen sowie Unterstützung bei Inventuren und Bestandsprüfungen.
  • Annahme, Prüfung, Dokumentation und Einlagerung eingehender Waren gemäß internen Qualitätsstandards.
  • Zuweisung und Koordination der täglichen Aufgaben für das Lagerpersonal sowie aktive Unterstützung der Abläufe auf dem Shopfloor.
  • Anwendung und Einhaltung von Lagerprozessen und Layouts zur Sicherstellung von Effizienz, Sicherheit und Materialverfügbarkeit.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik und Einkauf zur Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit und zur Lösung operativer Engpässe.
  • Einhaltung und Förderung aller relevanten Vorschriften in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt und Qualität im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Unterstützung, Anleitung und Einarbeitung von Lager-Mitarbeitern in ihren täglichen Aufgaben auf dem Shopfloor.
  • Erhebung und Bereitstellung operativer Daten zur Unterstützung von Reporting, KPIs und Dokumentation.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Lager- oder Logistikabwicklung, idealerweise in einem Produktions- oder Industrieumfeld.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Koordination täglicher Aufgaben und in der Anleitung von Lagerpersonal auf dem Shopfloor.
  • Gutes Verständnis von Bestandsmanagement, Materialfluss und operativen Lagerprozessen.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- oder Warehouse-Management-Systemen im operativen Umfeld.
  • Gültiger Staplerschein und praktische Fahrerfahrung erforderlich.
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Fähigkeit, operative Probleme direkt auf dem Shopfloor zu erkennen und zu lösen.
  • Hohes Bewusstsein für Sicherheit, Qualität und Prozessstabilität im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Chinesischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
