Ihre Aufgaben

  • Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts an den Produktionslinien für Automobilprodukte und Koordinierung der Produktionsmitarbeiter vor Ort.
  • Erstellung der Schichtpläne, Verteilung der Aufgaben und fachliche Anleitung der Mitarbeiter im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb.
  • Umsetzung der Anforderungen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems IATF 16949 und der geltenden ESD-Schutzvorgaben.
  • Überwachung der Produktionsqualität und Reduzierung von Fehlern, Nacharbeiten und Materialverschwendung.
  • Überwachung der Produktionsleistung während der jeweiligen Schicht und Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Lieferziele.
  • Unverzügliche Meldung von Produktionsabweichungen und Koordination einer schnellen Behebung.
  • Konsequente Umsetzung der 5S-Standards an den Produktionslinien.
  • Umsetzung standardisierter Arbeitsabläufe, betrieblicher Lean-Maßnahmen und kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnahmen vor Ort.
  • Erfassung der Produktionsdaten der jeweiligen Schicht und Erstellung der erforderlichen Produktionsberichte.
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und strukturierten Schichtübergabe.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Prozesstechnik, Qualität, Materialwirtschaft und Instandhaltung zur Lösung von Problemen bei der Montage und bei End-of-Line-Prüfungen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung deutscher Arbeitsschutzvorschriften und interner Vorgaben für den Produktionsbereich.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Industrietechnik oder in einem verwandten technischen Fachgebiet. Vergleichbare technische Qualifikationen werden ebenfalls berücksichtigt.
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produktion von Automobilkomponenten.
  • Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in der Koordinierung eines Produktionsteams als Teamleiter oder Schichtführer.
  • Kenntnisse in der Montage von Automobilprodukten und in grundlegenden Prüfprozessen.
  • Erfahrung bei einem Tier-1-Automobilzulieferer von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse in Lean-Methoden wie 5S und 8D.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MES und SAP im operativen Produktionsbetrieb.
  • Fähigkeit, Probleme vor Ort schnell zu erkennen und die erforderlichen Korrekturmaßnahmen zu koordinieren.
  • Fähigkeit, Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zu überwachen und über deren Fortschritt zu berichten.
  • Ausgeprägtes praktisches Geschick und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zur effektiven Abstimmung mit Teammitgliedern und Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Kommunikation in einem internationalen Produktionsumfeld.
  • Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
