1、参与交付项目的软件开发工作 2、构建高性能的自动驾驶系统； 3、并行编程，算法库性能优化； 4、参与自动驾驶的基础软件开发，包括中间件、数据回流，故障管理、状态机等 5、挖掘和诊断自动系统里面的关键问题，提出改进意见； 6、系统架构设计和改进，提高系统性能，可拓展性和可监测性。

1、专业基础与学历：计算机、自动化、数学等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2、编程语言：精通 C/C++ 或 Python，具备扎实的算法与数据结构基础。 3、操作系统：熟练掌握 Linux 操作系统，熟悉常用命令及系统编程接口。 4、版本控制：熟练使用 Git 进行代码版本管理及协作。 5、开发流程：熟悉现代软件开发流程，包括但不限于 Docker 容器化技术。 6、AI 开发工具：熟悉主流 AI Agent 框架或工具，如 OpenClaw、Cursor、Claude Code。 7、综合素质：具备出色的学习能力与沟通能力，逻辑思维清晰，对技术有热情，工作积极主动；责任心强，具备良好的团队协作精神，能够与团队成员高效配合。 8、加分项：有实际使用 AI 编程助手（如 Claude Code、Cursor 等）进行项目开发的经验者优先。
