一、基础软件方向： 1. 负责智能驾驶控制器AUTOSAR CP软件开发； 2. 负责基础软件（BSW、OS、MCAL）的配置及实现，应用算法集成； 3. 负责SWC、CDD模块框架配置及代码实现； 4. 负责RTE通信配置； 5. 负责编写软件开发技术文档，参与相关的评审工作，参与代码质量提升工作，代码动静态测试；

二、应用软件方向： 1. 负责智能驾驶控制器应用功能开发； 2. 根据系统功能需求和系统设计，进行算法需求分析、架构设计和详细设计； 3. 遵循基于模型的设计方法MBD进行算法模型的开发及验证，利用Matlab/Simulink搭建算法模型、快速原型的试验平台，进行控制策略开发和验证； 4. 负责线控软件开发，包括底盘执行器协调控制、纵向加减速闭环控制、横向角度闭环控制等； 5. 负责编写软件开发技术文档，参与相关的评审工作，参与代码质量提升工作，代码动静态测试。

一、基础软件方向： 1. 大学本科及以上学历（含学位），计算机、自动控制、电气工程、车辆工程等相关专业; 2. 了解AUTOSAR CP开发流程体系及主流CP工具链使用（如ETAS、Vector等）; 3. 了解实时操作系统的原理，熟悉C语言及嵌入式C实时编程; 4. 了解车载网络通信协议CAN、ETH、LIN等，了解AUTOSAR各模块工作原理。

二、应用软件方向： 1. 大学本科及以上学历（含学位），计算机、自动控制、电气工程、车辆工程等相关专业； 2. 熟悉Simulink/Stateflow模型设计，了解C语言、MATLAB m语言编程，熟悉MIL/SIL测试方法和流程； 3. 了解底盘控制原理、有ESP/EPS/VLC/VMC开发经验者优先； 4. 了解MATLAB Embedded Coder/Target Link等自动代码生成工具应用； 5. 了解车载网络通信协议CAN、ETH等，了解AUTOSAR CP应用开发流程； 6. 了解使用各类汽车电子控制器嵌入式软件调试、验证工具（CANoe/CANape）。
