1、负责研发基于Lidar、视觉特征点、语义视觉特征的匹配定位方案 2、负责研发基于GNSS、IMU和轮速的融合定位方案 3、负责定位算法在自动驾驶上的工程化落地

1、计算机/自动化/电子信息等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，博士优先 2、扎实的几何与定位理论基础 2.1熟悉常见的开源SLAM算法框架，包括ORBSLAM、VIO、LIO等 2.2特征匹配、位姿估计、多视图几何相关经验； 2.3对传感器融合算法有深入理解，熟悉kalman滤波、粒子滤波等常见滤波算法 2.4熟悉Gaussian-Newton等常见的非线性优化算法 3、深度学习与特征学习能力 3.1了解CNN、Transformer、GNN等神经网络架构在视觉特征学习中的应用； 3.2熟悉图像特征提取（如SuperPoint）与匹配方法（如SuperGlue、LoFTR、LightGlue等）； 3.3具有PyTorch独立开发经历加分； 4、熟练掌握一门编程语言，比如C++/Python，熟悉常见的算法和数据结构 5、良好的问题分析能力，较强的沟通能力以及团队合作精神
