1. 参与自动驾驶世界模型（World Model / WAM）的研发与迭代，探索基于生成式模型（如Diffusion、Transformer、VAE等）的环境动态建模与长程时序预测能力。 2. 构建面向自动驾驶场景的仿真与数据生成系统，利用世界模型生成高保真、符合物理规律的长尾场景与极端工况数据，解决真实数据稀缺难题。 3. 探索世界模型与端到端（End-to-End）自动驾驶、强化学习（RL）及VLA（Vision-Language-Action）模型的深度融合，构建“感知-想象-决策-执行”的闭环智能系统。 4. 跟踪并复现世界模型、物理AI（Physical AI）及具身智能领域的最前沿论文（如NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR等），并将其转化为实际的业务落地方案。 5. 优化模型在大规模数据下的训练效率与推理性能，推动世界模型在云端仿真及车端边缘设备上的部署与应用。

1. 计算机科学、人工智能、自动化、机器人、数学等相关专业硕士或博士在读，27届优先提供转正机会。 2. 具备扎实的机器学习与深度学习理论基础，对世界模型、生成式AI（AIGC）、强化学习或端到端自动驾驶有深入的理解和浓厚的兴趣。 3. 熟练掌握 Python 及主流深度学习框架（PyTorch / TensorFlow），具备优秀的代码实现能力和大规模实验设计能力。 4. 具备优秀的英文文献阅读能力，能够快速跟进并复现国际顶会的前沿算法。 5. 具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通协作能力以及自我驱动力，能够独立推进复杂技术课题的研究与落地。
