1. HR运营效能提升：负责HR运营全流程（入转调离、假勤、证明开具等）的诊断与优化，通过流程再造、标准化与自动化手段，持续提升SLA达成率、员工服务体验与运营成本效率。 2. SSC流程设计与落地：主导或参与HR SSC流程体系的设计、迭代与落地，建立清晰的SOP、服务目录与运营看板，推动"事务性工作"向"自助化+集中化"转型。 3. 劳动合同与劳动关系管理：负责多种用工形式的劳动合同全生命周期管理——签订、续签、变更、解除与终止；识别并管控各类用工关系中的法律风险，确保合同文本、签署流程与用工模式合规匹配，做好劳动关系风险的预防、预警与闭环处理。 4. AI工具应用与运营创新：将AI工具（智能问答机器人、合同智能审查等）有效落地到HR运营场景，通过工具创新提升运营管理效率，助力AI Native组织建设。 5. 数据驱动运营：搭建HR运营指标体系（工单量、响应时长、一次解决率、合同管理准确率等），定期输出运营分析报告，为管理决策提供依据。 6. 跨团队协作：联动HRBP、COE、IT及法务，推动HR系统需求落地与流程系统集成，确保政策与流程在一线有效执行。

1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源、法学、管理学等相关专业优先； 2. 3年以上相关工作经验，有大型科技组织HR SSC / HR运营相关经验优先，熟悉共享服务中心的运作模式与核心流程； 3. 具备多用工形式的劳动合同与劳动关系实操经验，熟悉《劳动合同法》及业务外包、非全日制用工等相关法规，能独立处理合同签订、变更、解除中的合规问题； 4. 擅长通过流程设计与落地实现组织提效，有从诊断、方案设计到推动落地的完整项目经验，方法论清晰； 5. 熟练使用AI工具（如大模型助手、RPA、智能客服/知识库搭建等），并能将其应用于实际运营工作，有提效成果案例者优先； 6. 具备良好的数据分析能力、跨部门推动力与owner意识，能在快节奏环境中独立推进项目； 7. 严谨细致，风险敏感度高；优秀的沟通表达能力，能在合规与员工体验之间做好平衡。
