1.负责自动驾驶云仿真平台后端服务的设计与开发，构建高并发、可扩展的分布式系统，支撑大规模仿真任务稳定运行。 2.参与云仿真平台整体架构设计，建设仿真任务管理与调度系统，实现海量仿真作业的并行执行、资源编排与统一管理。 3.基于容器化与云原生技术（如 Kubernetes），构建弹性计算资源池，提升仿真任务调度效率与资源利用率。 4.持续优化仿真任务执行效率与系统吞吐能力，支持自动驾驶算法的大规模回归测试与快速迭代。 5.建设平台监控、日志与运维体系，提升系统可观测性、稳定性与可扩展性。 6.与算法、数据、测试团队协作，推动仿真能力平台化与规模化应用。

1.熟练掌握 Go 语言开发，具备扎实的后端工程能力和良好的代码设计习惯。 2.具备分布式系统设计与开发经验，理解高并发系统架构、服务治理、任务调度等核心问题。 3.熟悉云原生技术体系，如 Docker / Kubernetes / 微服务架构，具备相关平台开发或运维经验。 4.熟悉常见基础设施组件，例如 消息队列（Kafka / RabbitMQ）、缓存（Redis）、数据库（MySQL / PostgreSQL）。 5.具备系统性能优化与稳定性建设经验，如限流、熔断、任务调度优化等。 6.具备良好的工程推进能力与跨团队协作能力。 加分项 1.有 自动驾驶仿真平台或测试平台经验 2.有 大规模计算任务调度系统经验（如 Kubernetes Scheduler / Spark / Ray / Batch 系统等） 3.有 云计算平台或基础设施平台开发经验
