1. 负责高阶智驾量产项目功能交付（L2, L2++ 等功能），与 PM / 产品 // 功能负责人合作进行客户需求 / 系统需求 / 软件需求的拆解，从技术维度把控智驾软件开发从需求到实现的全流程 2. 依据平台化的产品功能以及客户定制化的需求，完成各功能的需求分析及确认 3. 设计可落地的系统方案及功能逻辑定义。与软件算法开发团队协作，跟踪落实需求的实现和验证 4. 系统性分析内部重难点测试问题，通过 root cause 分析，制定解决方案，跨团队、跨部门沟通合作解决关键技术问题，并支持汇报工作 5. 能够从技术交付维度内外拉通并完成功能交付以及必要的客户现场技术话题，支持内部功能开发的排期，进度管控，及交付管理

1. 计算机科学与技术，电子信息工程，自动化，人工智能，车辆工程等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历 2. 5 年以上的汽车行业开发或系统经验，其中至少 3 年以上 ADAS 领域经验，熟悉智能驾驶关键技术栈，有代表性的 ADAS 项目量产经验（完整的项目参与，L2/L2 + 为佳） 3. 具备智能驾驶产品架构设计，功能定义、需求定义，接口定义能力； 4. 了解并理解 ADAS 整体系统实现的开发以及测试验证的链路，对开发 V 模型有较为深刻的理解并能运用，具备问题分析能力 5. 熟悉 ADAS 需求拆解的逻辑并有相关经验 6. 良好的沟通，协调，跨团队协作能力以及强的带团队解决问题能力 7. 有大局观以及较强的产品 / 项目 owner 意识 8. 双商高（情商，逆商）以及具备强的抗压能力，能够定期出差
