一、岗位职责 该岗位负责L3/L4自动驾驶系统整体架构设计，主导系统级技术方案设计、软硬件协同开发及系统集成工作，重点负责自动驾驶系统冗余架构设计。同时作为核心技术接口，参与客户售前技术支持、技术方案交流、需求分析及方案定制，协同研发团队推动自动驾驶解决方案在客户项目中的成功落地与交付。

1. 自动驾驶系统架构设计 - 负责L3/L4自动驾驶系统整体架构设计，包括感知、定位、规划控制、执行系统及计算平台等模块的系统方案设计； - 负责自动驾驶系统功能分解、系统需求分析及架构设计，定义各子系统功能边界及接口关系； - 负责软硬件协同设计，推动系统架构持续优化，提高系统可靠性、可扩展性及量产适配能力； - 输出系统架构文档、接口规范及技术方案，为软件、硬件及测试团队提供系统设计支持。

2. 自动驾驶系统冗余设计（核心职责） - 主导L3/L4自动驾驶系统冗余架构设计，构建满足Fail-safe及Fail-operational要求的系统方案； - 负责自动驾驶关键子系统冗余设计，包括但不限于： - 制动系统冗余（Brake Redundancy） - 转向系统冗余（Steering Redundancy） - 电源系统冗余（Power Redundancy） - 计算平台冗余（Compute Redundancy） - 感知系统冗余（Camera / Radar / LiDAR） - 通信网络冗余（CAN FD / Automotive Ethernet） - 定位系统冗余（GNSS / IMU / Vision） - 负责系统降级策略（Fallback Strategy）、Minimum Risk Maneuver（MRM）及故障处理机制设计； - 参与系统安全分析，包括FMEA、FTA及故障诊断策略设计。

3. 整车系统集成 - 负责自动驾驶系统与整车电子电气架构（EEA）的集成设计； - 定义自动驾驶域控制器与底盘、制动、转向、动力、电源及车身控制系统的接口方案； - 支持自动驾驶系统在客户车型上的集成、联调及问题分析； - 推动不同车型及平台的系统适配与集成工作。

4. 客户项目技术支持 - 与客户共同完成自动驾驶系统技术方案讨论及架构评审； - 支持客户完成系统需求分析、技术方案制定及系统问题定位； - 协调算法、软件、硬件、功能安全及测试团队，推动项目开发及交付； - 参与客户项目技术交流，支持项目关键节点交付及技术决策。

5. 系统验证及持续优化 - 支持系统验证方案制定及系统级测试工作； - 分析道路测试及仿真测试数据，持续优化系统架构及技术方案； - 跟踪行业前沿技术，持续优化自动驾驶系统架构及关键技术能力。

二、任职要求 1.教育背景 - 硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、控制工程、电子信息、机器人、计算机等相关专业。

2.工作经验 - 5年以上ADAS/L3/L4自动驾驶系统开发经验； - 具有自动驾驶系统架构设计经验； - 具有自动驾驶系统软硬件协同开发经验； - 有Robotaxi、L3量产项目或自动驾驶域控制器开发经验者优先。

3.专业能力 - 熟悉自动驾驶系统整体架构，包括感知、定位、规划、控制、执行及计算平台； - 熟悉自动驾驶系统软硬件架构设计及系统工程开发流程； - 熟悉整车电子电气架构（EEA）及自动驾驶系统集成； - 熟悉CAN、CAN FD、Automotive Ethernet等车载通信协议； - 熟悉制动、转向、动力及车身控制等底盘系统工作原理； - 熟悉ISO 26262功能安全、ISO 21448（SOTIF）相关标准及开发流程。

4.核心能力（重点） 1)具备以下一项或多项经验者优先： - 自动驾驶系统Fail-operational架构设计； - 制动、转向、电源、计算平台或传感器冗余设计； - 系统降级策略（Fallback）及MRM设计； - 自动驾驶系统安全分析（FMEA、FTA）； - 自动驾驶域控制器（ADC）架构设计； - 中央计算平台或区域控制（Zonal Architecture）开发经验。 2)工具及开发能力 熟悉以下工具或开发环境者优先： - MATLAB / Simulink - Vector CANoe - DOORS / Polarion - Enterprise Architect - Python / C++ - ROS、Autoware、Apollo等自动驾驶开发平台 3)综合能力 - 具备优秀的系统架构设计及复杂问题分析能力； - 良好的跨团队沟通与项目协同能力； - 具备客户导向意识，能够推动复杂项目顺利落地； - 良好的英文读写及技术交流能力。
