1、主导 L4 级无人车项目全流程交付，制定需求分析至验收交付的详细计划，确保项目按节点推进。 2、优化交付流程并制定标准化规范，提升效率与质量。 3、分解任务并明确责任、节点及成果，通过跟进机制把控进度，及时解决问题以保障任务按时完成。 4、建立风险管控体系，识别技术、资源、进度等风险并制定预案，动态跟踪并降低影响。 5、管理项目变更，评估需求 / 范围变更对进度、成本、质量的影响，组织评审并推动变更落地。 6、协调团队、客户及供应商，解决跨部门问题，确保各方协同一致。 7、定期组织会议汇总进展，分析偏差并汇报，保障信息透明； 8、复盘项目经验，输出报告以优化后续交付管理。

1、具有 3年以上汽车项目管理经验，有主机厂工作经验优先。 2、专科及以上学历，有实际L4交付项目经验，具备整车项目管理经验者优先； 3、具备较好的沟通能力、抗压能力和团队协作能力，主动性自驱力强； 4、具有较强的学习能力，对汽车行业和自动驾驶行业有基础认知 5、能接受全国出差和阶段性驻厂。
